Are you a team leader on an employability contract looking for a results driven leadership role with real impact on the community? This is a role working on an exciting new IPS employment support contract supporting those with health conditions back into employment.
You will be leading a team of Employment Specialists who help people with health conditions get back into work, making a real difference to local lives every day based across Hampshire covering areas including Basingstoke, Fareham, Gosport, Havant, Hayling Island and potentially Andover and Winchester.
You will be supporting, coaching and motivating your team to deliver a high-quality service. Your week might include:
- Lead and motivate a team of Employment Specialists to deliver exceptional IPS and Supported Employment services.
- Provide regular supervision and coaching to maintain quality standards and improve outcomes.
- Monitor performance against KPIs and fidelity measures, implementing improvement plans where needed.
- Build strong relationships with NHS teams, referral partners, and local employers.
- Drive continuous improvement in systems and processes to enhance service delivery.
The salary for the role is £36K to £42K depending on experience.
