Maybe an experienced SEN Teaching assistant looking for a step up.
You'll teach functional skills English and Maths, embedding employability and life skills and have dedicated time for planning and admin work each week.
The program you work on blends education and work experience, preparing learners for employment.
You will be based in Reading.
You will deliver teaching and have allocated time for admin & lesson prep or liaising with the wider stakeholders (such as coordinating with employers, family, or job coaches (who support the young people on their placements).
The role also requires you to carry out job coaching to support learners within their work placements.
Level 3 teaching qualification (PTLLS) or higher desirable.
Please note the salary range for this role is £29,963 - £32,982 depending on experience and performance in the interview.
