Are you a graduate or early-career professional who wants a job that means something?

Youll be joining one of the UKs largest charities (and genuinely a great place to work) in a role where youll help people with musculoskeletal conditions stay in work or get back into employment.
Think chronic back pain, joint issues, mobility problems, conditions that dont just affect health, but confidence and income too.
Youll be trained to become a Health and Work Coach, including NHS-accredited Health Coach training and learning how to use the Dialog+ approach for assessments.

About you This role would suit someone with a degree in psychology, healthcare, sports science, or something similar, but more important than your degree is that youve had some experience (paid or voluntary) supporting vulnerable people (to achieve goals) and you genuinely care about helping others move forward.
How you help people Youll work with people who are unemployed, struggling at work, or trying to return after time off due to a health condition.
Your job is to provide joined-up health and employment support.
Its a government-funded programme, so theres no cost to participants.
They receive six months of free physio, six months of free gym access, and ongoing support from you as their dedicated Health and Work Coach, all integrated with NHS teams.
Day to day This is an office-based role.
Often with a day a week at home to catch up with admin (which can be quite heavy).
A typical office day will involve meeting your participants, with regular check ins with the physio / clinical teams who provide extra insight to support the individual into employment.
Youll carry out assessments using the Dialog+ approach, work with participants to co-produce practical action plans, and then support them through their employment journey.
That might mean advocating with employers to resolve workplace challenges, helping someone rebuild confidence, supporting with CV writing and interview prep, or brokering opportunities with local employers.
Its varied, practical and genuinely impactful.
