In this role, you will manage a caseload of clients across prison and probation settings to support their rehabilitation. The key focus is resettlement and securing employment, which includes helping clients develop skills, secure accommodation, and gain necessary support. You will provide 1:1 support and guidance, setting goals and milestones to aid their progress. You will work across HMP Bedford (typically 3 – 4 days a week) and then Luton & Bedford probation trust. Alternatively, experience supporting vulnerable clients in areas such as mental health, substance abuse, or homelessness is valuable.
