Red 5 People is seeking a Literacy Tutor to deliver an innovative Study Programme for 16-25 learners with an EHCP, SEMH, Autism, ADHD, and care leavers. The role focuses on experiential learning beyond traditional teaching methods.

You will work with small groups (5 learners + 1 LSA) across Northamptonshire, with a driving requirement. Term-time only, offering meaningful impact and opportunities for professional growth.
