Red 5 People is seeking Teaching Assistants to re-engage learners aged 16β24 with SEMH needs, Autism or ADHD.
You will deliver 2β3 hour sessions in homes or community settings and manage a caseload of 10β15 learners, focusing on wellbeing, confidence-building and re-engagement with education.
The role is term-time only, with holidays off and fully paid, plus 10β20 training days during holidays.
Mileage is paid for outreach work across Kettering, Corby and Wellingborough.
