Red 5 People is seeking Teaching Assistants to re-engage learners aged 16–24 with SEMH needs, Autism or ADHD.

You will deliver 2–3 hour sessions in homes or community settings and manage a caseload of 10–15 learners, focusing on wellbeing, confidence-building and re-engagement with education.

The role is term-time only, with holidays off and fully paid, plus 10–20 training days during holidays.

Mileage is paid for outreach work across Kettering, Corby and Wellingborough.
