The role:
- Deliver engaging Functional Skills English and Maths lessons (Entry 3 to Level 2)
- Teach mainly 16-18-year-olds, many with EHCPs or additional needs
- Manage a rolling cohort of around 60 learners (growing towards 80)
- Use existing Pearson schemes of work and prep learners for weekly exams
- Have one day a week for admin and planning from home
About you:
- Experienced delivering Functional Skills (reformed curriculum preferred)
- Confident teaching the 16-18 age group
- SEN or employability experience a bonus

- Teaching qualification is essential (AET 3 / PTLLS min)
