Red 5 People is seeking an educator to deliver Functional Skills English and Maths to 16-18-year-olds, including learners with EHCPs or additional needs.
The role uses Pearson schemes of work and supports a rolling cohort of around 60 learners, with growth toward 80, plus one admin/planning day from home.
You will join a small, close-knit team of 20, with no red tape, flexible and supportive management, and a work-life balance that avoids evenings and weekend work.
