Job Description

Looking for a predominantly home-based role where you can make a real impact on the quality of life-changing public services?We're recruiting on behalf of an award-winning national charity that's recognised as one of the UK's best places to work.

Their employment support programmes help thousands of people overcome barriers, develop skills and move into sustainable employment.

This is primarily a home-based role, with regular travel across London (typically 1-2 site visits per week, depending on business needs) to carry out quality assurance reviews, compliance checks and operational analysis.

Working closely with operational managers and senior leaders, you'll help ensure government-funded employment programmes consistently deliver high-quality, compliant services.

You'll review performance, analyse data, identify opportunities for improvement and support operational teams to meet commissioner expectations while driving continuous improvement across the contract.

This role requires previous experience in a Quality Assurance, Compliance or Continuous Improvement role within government-funded programmes.

You'll have worked within Employability, Skills, Welfare to Work, Justice, Supported Employment, Health & Wellbeing, or another similar government-funded or commissioned service.

You'll be confident analysing performance data, have excellent attention to detail and enjoy working with operational teams to improve quality and performance.

Strong Excel skills are essential, while experience using Power BI or CRM systems would be an advantage.
