Are you an experienced Employment Advisor looking for your next opportunity?
We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established charity delivering an innovative MSK (Musculoskeletal) employment programme.
Working closely with Physiotherapists, you'll support people whose health conditions are affecting their ability to find or remain in work.
Participants receive up to six months of physiotherapy alongside six months' free gym membership, allowing you to focus on what you do best – providing tailored employment support while working as part of a wider multidisciplinary team.
Based in modern offices, you'll join a friendly, supportive team with an excellent reputation.
You'll manage your own caseload (circa 25), deliver one-to-one employment coaching, engage with employers, maintain accurate records and help people move into sustainable employment.
As with any quality employment programme, strong administration and case management skills are essential.
Typically you will also work from home one day a week for admin.
We're keen to hear from Employment Advisors, Employment Coaches, Work Coaches, IPS Employment Specialists or similar professionals who enjoy achieving outcomes and making a genuine difference.
