Want to manage your own diary, build local partnerships and drive referrals for a new community project? This is a high-visibility role within a leading UK charity, supporting a new programme for young adults (18–25) facing health-related barriers to work or education. You’ll take ownership of referral growth and local engagement.

We’re keen to hear from graduates with 6+ months’ experience in either:

  • Community, outreach or support roles (helping people achieve goals / or education focused)
  • Target-driven sales (e.g. B2B sales, recruitment, business development)

The role:

  • Build partnerships with Job Centres and local community organisations
  • Deliver presentations and engagement activity to increase referrals
  • Promote the service locally to drive programme starts
  • Track performance against targets
  • Work closely with operational teams to maximise attendance

Please note: This is a 12-month pilot, subject to extension. It’s 100% community based (so hot desking out of partner offices) with no home working. You need to be within an hour of public transport for the role (driving is not practical as no parking). The post is split between Ealing and Brent.

The charity are interviewing on Friday 27th Jan. There would be a presentation to prepare for (which we can provide details on).
