You will be leading the Hillingdon Team. This role is not formally hybrid, however, there may be occasional opportunities to work from home on a non-contractual basis, depending on business needs and diary commitments. This is a brand-new role on an exciting new IPS employment support contract with a charity that’s genuinely a great place to work. We’ve placed lots of people with them over the years who’ve gone on to develop, grow and build brilliant careers.
You’ll be leading a team of eight Employment Specialists who help people with health conditions get back into work, making a real difference to local lives every day.
What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll be supporting, coaching and motivating your team to deliver a high-quality service.
- Your week might include:
- Monthly supervisions, quarterly reviews and community observations
- Working closely with NHS partners, Jobcentre Plus and local community groups
- Helping your team build strong relationships with local employers
- Making sure employment and health plans are joined up and aligned
- Reviewing the service regularly against IPS fidelity standards to keep quality high
