Weve placed a lot of people into this charity over the years, and they genuinely love working there. Its a large, well-established organisation with strong training and genuine career progression.
Theyve recently launched a new long-term funded contract and are now recruiting Employment Advisors for their Hillingdon team.
Youll work as an IPS Employment Specialist, supporting people with health conditions or disabilities into employment. This is a community-based role where youll hot-desk across sites including Job Centres, Council Offices, and NHS Trusts. Travel between sites is paid.
Youll manage a caseload of around 25 participants, providing tailored support and working with employers to create opportunities.
Full training is provided, including shadowing experienced staff and ongoing support from your Team Leader.
