This role sits within their Supported Internship team. Young people aged 16–25 join the programme and receive around 30% classroom-based learning focused on functional and work-related skills, alongside approximately 70% work-based internships gaining experience with employers. EHCPs must be adhered to throughout.

Typical tasks include:

  • Assessing EHCPs for potential new learners to the programme to ensure needs can be met
  • Organising EHCP reviews
  • Ensuring EHCPs are being implemented with learners by coordinating with the wider team
  • Working closely with Local Authorities, parents, and other key stakeholders
  • Overseeing the annual pipeline of new learners and networking regularly with key referral partners

This is a permanent, full-time role, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. The position is 100% office-based in Walsall.
