Red 5 People is looking for a graduate or someone early in their career for the position of IPS Employment Specialist. This full-time role focuses on community-based support for individuals with mental health or physical health challenges, helping them to find and maintain employment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a caseload of participants
  • Providing 1:1 support
  • Engaging employers

Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential. You will receive full IPS training and support from your Team Leader.
