You will support young people aged 16–25 with EHCPs (including learners with autism, ADHD or a learning disability) to build the skills, confidence and qualifications they need to progress into paid employment.

Every day is different, combining classroom learning with practical employability and independent living skills that genuinely change lives.

If so, you’ll be supported to achieve your Level 5 teaching qualification.
