We have just secured a new contract to deliver a cutting-edge criminal justice support programme in King s Lynn and this brand new post will put you at the forefront of its launch.
In this role, based at King s Lynn Probation Trust, you will manage a caseload of offenders in the community.
You will support these individuals with training, education, and employment needs while signposting to housing and resettlement services, ensuring they receive well-rounded support throughout their rehabilitation.
Additionally, you will provide dedicated one-on-one guidance setting goals and milestones to help each person progress toward a better future.
Who We re Looking For We are looking for a passionate individual with experience in the criminal justice field or in supporting vulnerable people.
To thrive in this role, you should have some of the following: Experience working with individuals within the criminal justice system (e. g. in prisons or other custodial settings).
OR experience supporting vulnerable clients facing issues such as mental health challenges, substance misuse, or homelessness.
Criminology graduates with relevant volunteer experience are also encouraged to apply.
