We are recruiting a Senior Wellbeing Coordinator to support adults experiencing mental health challenges and those at risk of crisis. You will provide person-centred support, help individuals navigate services, and play a key role in delivering recovery-focused wellbeing programmes.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one wellbeing support and crisis de-escalation for adults experiencing mental health difficulties
- Carry out holistic assessments and develop personalised support plans
- Support delivery of wellbeing activities and recovery-focused sessions
- Coordinate referrals and signpost individuals to housing, health and community services
- Support and guide volunteers or junior staff within the service
Qualifications
- Experience supporting adults with mental health challenges and helping them access services such as housing, healthcare or benefits
- Experience coordinating wellbeing or recovery-based services and supporting volunteers or junior staff
There will be some unsociable hours such as evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
