The key focus is resettlement and securing employment, which includes helping clients develop skills, secure accommodation, and gain necessary support. You will provide 1:1 support and guidance, setting goals and milestones to aid their progress.You will be based at HMP Elmley. Alternatively, experience supporting vulnerable clients in areas such as mental health, substance abuse, or homelessness is valuable.
