Are you a qualified teacher ready to step out of the classroom and into leadership? We are seeking an experienced education professional to lead a project in Barnet, overseeing both Study Programmes and a Supported Internship provision. These are mainly geared up for young people aged 16 – 25, many with an EHCP. Learners study functional skills and employability, whilst undergoing work experience placements with employers.
This is a management role, no teaching timetable and focused on leading staff, ensuring quality, safeguarding learners and driving high standards of delivery.
About the Role- Line manage a team of 11–12 staff including Tutors and Job Coaches
- Oversee delivery for 44 learners across Study Programmes and Supported Internships
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre
- Ensure provision meets Ofsted, funding and compliance standards
- Lead on safeguarding and learner welfare
- Monitor performance, KPIs and quality assurance processes
- Coordinate curriculum planning and programme delivery
- Engage with employers, partners and internal stakeholders
You will be responsible for ensuring services are delivered in line with education inspection frameworks, contractual outcomes and quality standards.
