Are you a recruiter or talent acquisition professional who loves working with people — but wants to step away from business development and agency fees? This could be the perfect move. We’re supporting a leading social enterprise to deliver a government-funded DWP back-to-work programme. You’ll be joining a supportive team of 10–15 colleagues, all focused on one thing: helping people overcome challenges and get back into meaningful, sustainable work.

A day in the life:
- Meeting with your caseload (around 70 participants at a time) to check progress and set goals.
- Helping with CVs, interview prep, and applications.
- Coordinating vacancies with local employers and matching participants to the right opportunities.
- Referring people to additional support, from self-employment advice to confidence building.
- Tackling practical barriers, like arranging transport to interviews or sourcing funded clothing and bikes.
