Are you a qualified teacher experienced with SEN and autism? Interested in helping individuals with learning disabilities and autism? Maybe an experienced SEN Teaching assistant looking for a step up.

There is a full time and a part time role available. You’ll teach functional skills English and Maths, embedding employability and life skills and have dedicated time for planning and admin work each week working 3 days a week 9-5. For full time it is 3 days a week teaching 2 days a week planning & admin.

The program you work on blends education and work experience, preparing learners for employment. You will deliver teaching and have allocated time for admin & lesson prep or liaising with the wider stakeholders (such as coordinating with employers, family, or job coaches who support the young people on their placements).

You must have either a Level 3 (PTLLS) or a level 5 (DTLLS, PGCE, Cert Ed or equivalent) teaching qualification.

Please note the salary for a Level 3 teaching qualification is £17,878 (£29,798 full time equivalent) and for Level 5 teaching qualification it is £19,203 (£32,005 full time equivalent). If successful you will be put through your level 3 and level 5 if you don't already have them.
