It’s a large, well-established charity where careers really grow.

They’ve just launched a brand-new, long-term funded contract and are now looking to hire new team members in Barnet.

You’ll be trained as an IPS Employment Specialist, working in the community to support people with health conditions or disabilities back into employment.

Rather than being office-based, you’ll hot-desk across various partner sites such as Job Centres, Council Offices, and NHS Trusts.

All travel is paid (except your normal commute from home to your first and last location of the day).

You’ll typically manage a caseload of around 25 participants, providing tailored employment support and working closely with employers to create the right opportunities.

Full training is provided through a mix of online learning, shadowing experienced colleagues, and hands-on guidance from your Team Leader in the community.

We’re looking for people who have either worked as an Employment Advisor before, or who have experience in a sales-focused role (such as recruitment or B2B sales), or experience supporting vulnerable clients to achieve goals.

Graduates with relevant experience (paid or voluntary) are also welcome to apply.
