This is an opportunity for an experienced service manager to play a pivotal role in an efficient and encouraging service based in Seven Sisters supporting service users make positive changes in their alcohol use recovery journey. Your key responsibilities include
- Providing strategic leadership and day-to-day management for the service.
- Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with key stakeholders, providers, and community organisations.
- Leading, motivating, and supporting a team of skilled staff, ensuring effective supervision and guidance.
- Ensuring compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and safeguarding requirements.
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and high performance.
