You’ll support a small caseload of clients with mental health needs or physical disabilities, helping them back into work. This is a government-funded programme , which means it’s a cost-free service for employers . Your role is to use your relationship-building skills to: Engage with local businesses and create job opportunities for clients. Work with community partners such as the NHS and charities to ensure people get the right support on their journey. You will work accross 2 - 4 community locations in the borough you work in. So you could b hot desking in an NHS Trust, cafe, Library or Community Centre. You’re used to hitting targets and building long-term relationships. The process lasts 3 hours (options for morning or afternoon), includes a presentation to prepare for. Contract: Full time, permanent, Mon–Fri, 9–5 (outreach based / no home working).
