The role involves supporting a small caseload of clients with mental health needs or physical disabilities, helping them back into work. This is a government-funded programme, which means it’s a cost-free service for employers. Your role is to use your relationship-building skills to:
- Engage with local businesses and create job opportunities for clients.
- Work with community partners such as the NHS and charities to ensure people get the right support on their journey.
- Coach and motivate clients through job search, interviews, and into sustainable work.
You will work across 2 - 4 community locations in the borough you work in, which could include hot desking in an NHS Trust, café, library, or community centre. You will need to manage your diary around where you meet your job seekers and employers.

Salary: £33,700 – £35,000
Locations: You will be based in one of the following boroughs: Brent, Barnet, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Hillingdon, Harrow, Hounslow, Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea, Islington, Camden, Haringey.
