What you’ll be doing:
- Keeping records and databases up to date (we love a well-organised spreadsheet!)
- Helping produce class lists, timetables, and reports
- Supporting the Exams Co-ordinator with student registrations and data entry
- Ordering supplies and handling invoices – you'll help us stay stocked and on budget
- Attending the Activity Allocation Board and Hub – making sure young people are where they need to be
- Taking meeting minutes and making sure key actions don’t get missed
- Being a go-to admin support for the education team
- Strong admin experience (ideally in a busy environment)
- A confident Excel user who knows their way around pivot tables and formulas
- Great communication and people skills – you’ll be working with lots of different teams
- Someone who’s accurate, efficient, and can juggle multiple tasks
- Comfortable handling confidential information with care
- A team player who’s also happy working on their own
A few important things:
- You'll need GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
- This role requires an enhanced DBS check
- You’ll need to be comfortable working in a secure environment
