The full job description covers all associated skills, previous experience, and any qualifications that applicants are expected to have. You will be leading the Hillingdon Team. This role is not formally hybrid; however, there may be occasional opportunities to work from home on a non-contractual basis, depending on business needs and diary commitments. This is a brand-new role on an exciting new IPS employment support contract with a charity that’s genuinely a great place to work. We’ve placed lots of people with them over the years who’ve gone on to develop, grow and build brilliant careers.
You’ll be leading a team of eight Employment Specialists who help people with health conditions get back into work, making a real difference to local lives every day.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting, coaching and motivating your team to deliver a high-quality service.
- Monthly supervisions, quarterly reviews and community observations.
- Working closely with NHS partners, Jobcentre Plus and local community groups.
- Helping your team build strong relationships with local employers.
- Making sure employment and health plans are joined up and aligned.
- Reviewing the service regularly against IPS fidelity standards to keep quality high.
