Would you like to join a charity mentoring those with chronic health conditions? Are you passionate about boosting confidence and have an empathetic approach? Are you initiative taking and not afraid to get stuck into different projects?

The programme provides support to those with a long term health condition to get support within the workplace or supporting getting the confidence back to get into work.

The role is hybrid part time working 28 hours a week with flexibility allowing work around the school run for example. You will support service users over the phone or online in a manner which is tailored to the specific need of the service user. Whether this is finding them a role, supporting within a role they are struggling or being discriminated in or simply building confidence.

You are part of a small team of 2 and will find you also support the wider team with project activities organising and delivering webinars, updating the website and creating case studies just to name a few. The role requires you to be proactive and initiative taking.

You must have experience of providing employment support or career coaching and an empathy and passion for supporting people with chronic health conditions such as Cystic Fibrosis. Knowledge around such health conditions is desirable but not essential.

The role is a fixed term contract until March 2026 which is subject to potential extension. The salary is £24,400 pro rata 28 hours (£30,500 FTE).
