Job Description

Organised? Good at running meetings? Want a role where you actually see the impact of your work?This EHCP Coordinator role is about making sure young people on Supported Internships get the right support in place – and that their Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) are kept on track.What you’ll do:

  • Coordinate EHCP reviews for learners on Supported Internships.
  • Hold meetings with learners, families, schools, and local authority staff.
  • Make sure EHCP requirements are delivered and documented properly.
  • Occasionally support learner sign-ups – but your main focus is EHCPs.
What you’ll need:
  • Experience of EHCP processes and reviews.
  • Confidence in running and chairing meetings with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organisation, record-keeping, and attention to detail.
  • A genuine interest in supporting young people with SEND.
This is a permanent, full-time role, based 100% in Birmingham city centre.
