Lead the launch of a new programme helping young people with learning disabilities and autism move into paid employment. Combining classroom learning with real workplace experience, the programme supports learners with Education, Health and Care Plans to gain skills, confidence, and independence.
We’re looking for someone who has led teams in education, SEND, or supported employment — perhaps as a Curriculum Manager, Programme Manager, SEND Manager, Learning Support Manager, or Supported Employment Lead.
You’ll:
- Recruit and manage a high-performing team
- Build strong relationships with employers, local authorities, and families
- Oversee quality, safeguarding, and compliance
- Drive learner success into sustained employment
You’ll bring leadership experience in FE or specialist provision, knowledge of quality frameworks and safeguarding, and a passion for inclusive education.
