Red 5 People Ltd is seeking two Employment Advisors in Ealing to help people with mental health support needs or neurodivergent jobseekers find and keep meaningful work. You will receive IPS training and manage a caseload of approximately 14–18 individuals, conducting outreach from Job Centres, NHS sites, coffee shops and community venues.
