Do you have a strong passion for Autism? Looking for a role focused on barrier removal rather than heavy targets? Or maybe you have experience of supporting those with barriers and would like to join a fast-growing charity that specialises in Autism support? Enjoy building relationships and educating employers?

The role involves delivering on two contracts. The first is providing employment support to a range of individuals with Neurodivergent conditions on a 1:1 basis to help them get into work and thrive in the work environment. You will support individuals at all stages of their journey, assisting them in overcoming all barriers.

The other contract focuses on supporting employers to become more neurodivergent friendly. This includes delivering training, workplace assessments, and support with retention of staff.

The role is home-based with travel across North Yorkshire (such as Harrogate, Darlington, and Northallerton) to support your caseloads, meet with employers, and attend job fairs, so driving is essential.

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 9 – 5. It is initially a fixed-term contract until March 2027, with a possibility of extension. There are fantastic opportunities to progress within the new structure, along with training and a supportive, passionate team.

If you are passionate about autism or learning disabilities (with some experience around this, either work-related or lived experience), we encourage you to apply.
