Would you like to join a large London charity dedicated to supporting individuals who need extra help to secure employment? Based at the Treaty Centre in Hounslow (with free parking), you will be part of a vibrant team making a real impact on the lives of local residents. In this role, youll meet with 6 9 participants daily, providing one-to-one, ongoing support to help them secure meaningful employment. Your clients may face a variety of challenges, such as: English not being their first language, Balancing caring responsibilities while seeking flexible or part-time work, or Rebuilding confidence after a period of unemployment or managing a disability. During these sessions, youll help clients identify their career aspirations in relation to their skills and experience. Youll assist with: CV and cover letter writing, Job searching, Preparing for interviews, and Conducting better-off calculations to ensure their career decisions align with their financial goals. Your day-to-day will be varied and rewarding. One moment, you might help someone plan their route to an interview or arrange work attire. The next, you might advocate on behalf of a client to a local employer or help them navigate job opportunities.
