Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Class 2 vehicles (primarily hook loaders) for waste and recycling collections
- Carry out safe loading/unloading and tipping of containers
- Perform daily vehicle checks and basic maintenance reporting
- Maintain accurate delivery and collection records
- Represent the company professionally with customers and the public
The ideal candidate:
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) HGV license
- CPC card and Digital Tachograph
- Experience with hook loaders strongly preferred
- Good knowledge of UK driving laws and local areas
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
