You’ll ideally come from an aggregates, quarrying, mining or heavy industrial processing background and have experience leading operational teams within a production environment.
You’ll have experience in
- Quarry or heavy industrial operations.
- Health & Safety leadership.
- Managing production and operational performance.
- Team leadership and staff development.
- Fixed plant and production processes.
- Continuous improvement.
- Working within safety-critical environments.
Experience within sand and gravel operations would be advantageous but is not essential.
