Position Overview: Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the VP of European Sales is responsible for building a Sales organization across the region. This would include implementing our sales strategy to achieve 100% yearly revenue growth. RecVue’s platform is designed for large enterprise customers typically running Oracle, SAP and Workday ERP systems. You will be partnering with Oracle and Deloitte, along with other Enterprise ERP providers and SIs, to provide a digital automation solution. The team you will be building will include Enterprise Sales Account Executives, Business Development Account Executives, and Sales Development Representatives. With this team you will build a direct and channel pipeline sufficient to meet or exceed your targets.
What will make you an ideal candidate?
- Experience building a European Sales Organization.
- Experience selling within the Oracle ecosystem, and the Deloitte Oracle ecosystem.
- Experience partnering with Enterprise ERP vendors like Oracle, SAP and Workday.
- Experience partnering with SIs like Deloitte, KPMG, and EY.
- Strong track record in achieving, and overachieving, Plan and Quota numbers.
- Able to provide high energy and hands-on leadership to direct and channel sales.
- Experience in establishing Sales Plans/Strategies and executing/achieving Sales Plans.
- Deep experience in Pipeline Building, Sale Forecasting, Sales Compensation Programs and Sales Operations.
- Ability to establish relationships at multiple levels within an organization.
- Ability to develop Sales Talent and develop high-performing sales organizations.
- Experience building appropriate infrastructure and processes that will help RecVue establish a scalable business/sales model.
- The ability to implement Corporate policies and procedures across Europe.
- Strong knowledge of the SaaS model.
- Drive continuous improvements across the Europe organization.
- Past success building multi-national revenue teams from the ground-up, and growing revenue from early stages to over $20 million.
- Understanding of employment regulations in countries RecVue plans to expand in.
- Be a resilient technology professional, who has a delivery focused mind and is happy to be in a fast paced/ evolving environment, where process and roles change frequently.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Proven experience building a successful SaaS Sales Organization across Europe, initial focus UK, Germany and the Nordics.
- Selling within the Oracle and Deloitte Oracle ecosystem.
- Selling with SIs, including Deloitte, KPMG, and EY.
- Deep understanding of SaaS sales metrics and their business drivers.
- Proven success and scaling emerging companies from early revenue to $20+ million.
- Understanding of regional employment regulations.
- Early Stage/emerging company experience is a major plus.
