We’re looking for a motivated Recruitment Resourcer to support a specialist recruitment desk focused on professional and analytical roles. We are looking for someone who is degree-educated, curious, has a few months experience in Recruitment, and is keen to build a long-term career in the Industry. This role would suit someone who has experience in and enjoys candidate sourcing, market research, and building strong talent pipelines. You’ll work closely with experienced Consultants, supporting searches for economists, analysts, and research professionals across academia, consultancy, the public sector, and industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and referrals
- Build and manage talent pipelines within a specialist professional market
- Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification calls
- Support Consultants with shortlisting, interview coordination, and offer processes
- Write and post job adverts for specialist positions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records on the CRM system
- Develop a strong understanding of client needs and the market you recruit into
About You:
- Degree educated
- Some exposure to recruitment, resourcing, research, or a candidate-driven role
- Confident communicator with a professional phone manner
- Organised, proactive, and keen to learn
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and recruitment systems
- Motivated by building relationships and developing expertise in a specialist market
