Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle within the domiciliary care sector.
- Source, screen, and place qualified care professionals into temporary and permanent roles.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant care sector regulations and frameworks.
- Drive business development and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in domiciliary care recruitment (agency side).
- Strong understanding of CQC standards, NHS frameworks, and sector-specific compliance.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
