We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a strong background in Domiciliary Care recruitment to join a growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to manage a warm desk, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle within the domiciliary care sector.
  • Source, screen, and place qualified care professionals into temporary and permanent roles.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant care sector regulations and frameworks.
  • Drive business development and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in domiciliary care recruitment (agency side).
  • Strong understanding of CQC standards, NHS frameworks, and sector-specific compliance.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Results-driven with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
