We are seeking a proven 360 Recruitment Consultant from a permanent recruitment agency background, with a strong track record in new business development, client acquisition, and billing. This role is ideal for a commercially driven consultant who thrives on opening doors, winning new clients, and owning the full permanent recruitment lifecycle end‑to‑end.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
- Proactively identify, target, and win new permanent recruitment mandates within your specialist market
- Build and maintain a robust new business pipeline through consistent outbound BD activity
- Conduct client meetings, needs analysis, and commercial negotiations
- Develop long‑term, trusted relationships with hiring managers and decision‑makers
- Represent the business professionally across your market and network
Recruitment Delivery (360 – Permanent)
- Manage the full 360 permanent recruitment lifecycle, from role qualification to placement
- Source, attract, and qualify high‑calibre permanent candidates using multiple channels
- Provide market insight, salary benchmarking, and hiring advice to clients
- Manage interview processes, feedback, offers, and permanent fee negotiations
- Deliver a high‑quality experience for both clients and candidates throughout
About You
Essential
- Proven experience within a 360 recruitment agency environment
- Demonstrable permanent recruitment experience (this is essential)
- Clear history of new business development and business generation
- Established billing track record as a permanent recruitment consultant (proven billers will be considered)
- Confident running a full 360 permanent desk autonomously
- Strong consultative sales skills with a credible, professional approach
- Commercially driven, self‑motivated, and relationship‑focused
