We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Recruitment and Compliance Team Assistant to support a growing healthcare staffing business. This role is ideal for someone with experience in healthcare recruitment administration, candidate onboarding, compliance, staffing, and healthcare recruitment operations. This is a varied office-based position supporting recruiters, compliance teams, candidates, and clients throughout the recruitment lifecycle. The successful candidate will be responsible for healthcare recruitment administration, candidate onboarding, compliance documentation, interview coordination, database management, and general office support.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls
- Schedule and confirm interviews
- Manage job adverts across job boards and social media platforms
- Support candidate onboarding and registration
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the CRM/ATS
- Compliance Administration
- Obtain and verify compliance documentation
- Chase outstanding references, right-to-work documents, and certifications
- Maintain candidate files in line with company and regulatory requirements
- Support internal audits and compliance checks
- Ensure documentation is maintained in line with company policies and CQC requirements
