Working from existing product walkthroughs and internal materials, you’ll turn complex workflows into structured, easy-to-follow guides, ensuring users can confidently navigate key features and processes. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Writing clear, concise knowledge base articles (Doc360-style)
- Translating platform workflows into step-by-step user guides
- Capturing and embedding screenshots to support instructions
- Structuring and formatting content for usability and consistency
- Ensuring documentation is accurate, intuitive, and easy to navigate
- Collaborating with internal teams to understand product functionality
What We’re Looking For:
