We’re working with a fast-growing, innovative technology business that is transforming the temporary recruitment space through automation — and they’re looking for a Freelance Product Documentation Specialist to support the build-out of their knowledge base. This role involves creating clear, user-friendly documentation that helps customers get the most from a powerful recruitment platform. Working from existing product walkthroughs and internal materials, you’ll turn complex workflows into structured, easy-to-follow guides, ensuring users can confidently navigate key features and processes. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Writing clear, concise knowledge base articles (Doc360-style)
  • Translating platform workflows into step-by-step user guides
  • Capturing and embedding screenshots to support instructions
  • Structuring and formatting content for usability and consistency
  • Ensuring documentation is accurate, intuitive, and easy to navigate
  • Collaborating with internal teams to understand product functionality

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in product documentation, knowledge base management, or product operations
  • Proven ability to document software platforms and user workflows
  • Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail
  • A methodical, structured approach to content creation
  • Comfortable working independently and managing deliverables
