We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Recruitment and Compliance Team Assistant to support a growing healthcare staffing business.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in healthcare recruitment administration, candidate onboarding, compliance, staffing, and healthcare recruitment operations. This is a varied office-based position supporting recruiters, compliance teams, candidates, and clients throughout the recruitment lifecycle. The successful candidate will be responsible for healthcare recruitment administration, candidate onboarding, compliance documentation, interview coordination, database management, and general office support.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial candidate screening calls
- Schedule and confirm interviews
- Manage job adverts across job boards and social media platforms
- Support candidate onboarding and registration
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the CRM/ATS
- Obtain and verify compliance documentation
- Chase outstanding references, right-to-work documents, and certifications
- Maintain candidate files in line with company and regulatory requirements
- Support internal audits and compliance checks
- Ensure documentation is maintained in line with company policies and CQC requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and recruitment documentation
- Manage inboxes and respond to candidate enquiries
- Support recruiters and management with day-to-day administration
- Assist with general office coordination and administrative tasks
- Previous administration experience in the healthcare recruitment industry
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail
