We're supporting a growing healthcare recruitment and supported living provider across Northern Ireland in their search for a Facilities & Property Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to oversee a portfolio of properties, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard and operate efficiently on a day-to-day basis. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in solving problems, and prefers being out on-site rather than spending all day behind a desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out regular property inspections
- Coordinating maintenance and repair works with contractors
- Managing relationships with tenants, service users, and key stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance records and property documentation are up to date
- Identifying and resolving issues before they escalate
- Monitoring property-related budgets and expenditure
About You:
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Practical, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Valid driving license and access to your own vehicle
- Willingness to travel across Northern Ireland
- Previous property or facilities experience would be advantageous but is not essential. We are more interested in finding someone who takes ownership, is highly organised.
