Are you an experienced Financial Recruitment Consultant with a passion for winning new business and delivering high‑quality permanent placements? We’re hiring a 360 agency recruiter to grow and manage a UK finance desk, focusing on permanent roles across qualified, part‑qualified, and senior finance markets. This role is strictly agency‑side and best suited to a commercially driven consultant who enjoys building relationships, developing new clients, and owning their desk end‑to‑end.
As a 360 Permanent Financial Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle within the UK market.
Key responsibilities:- Proactive new business development across the UK
- Managing and growing a portfolio of SME and corporate clients
- Running the full 360 recruitment process
- Recruiting permanent finance professionals (e.g. Management Accountants, Financial Controllers, Finance Managers, Analysts, etc.)
- Conducting client meetings and advising on hiring strategy and market insights
- Interviewing, qualifying, and managing candidates through to placement
- Building long‑term relationships with clients and candidates
- Meeting and exceeding billing and activity targets
- Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant within Finance recruitment
- Strong business development background with demonstrable results
- Experience in agency recruitment (this is not an in‑house / internal role)
- Confident working the UK permanent recruitment market
- Commercially minded, self‑motivated, and target driven
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
