We're supporting a growing healthcare recruitment and supported living provider across Northern Ireland in their search for a Facilities & Property Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to oversee a portfolio of properties, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard and operate efficiently on a day-to-day basis. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in solving problems, and prefers being out on-site rather than spending all day behind a desk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out regular property inspections
  • Coordinating maintenance and repair works with contractors
  • Managing relationships with tenants, service users, and key stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance records and property documentation are up to date
  • Identifying and resolving issues before they escalate
  • Monitoring property-related budgets and expenditure

About You:

  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Practical, proactive, and solutions-focused
  • Valid driving license and access to your own vehicle
  • Willingness to travel across Northern Ireland
  • Previous property or facilities experience would be advantageous but is not essential. We are more interested in finding someone who takes ownership, is highly organised.

If you're looking for a hands-on role where no two days are the same, and you'd rather be out visiting sites and making things happen than sitting behind a desk, we'd love to hear from you.
