About the Role:
You’ll specialise in placing mid–senior level White Collar professionals across one of our core construction verticals:
- Fit Out & Interiors
- Residential / Housing
- Building / Main Contracting
- Civils & Infrastructure
- M&E (Mechanical & Electrical)
- Facilities Management
This is a full 360° desk with full autonomy to grow your niche, supported by strong brand presence and a leadership team that genuinely invests in its recruiters.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing your own specialist construction desk within your chosen vertical.
- Building long‑term relationships with specialist contractors.
- Running full search & selection processes (headhunting, shortlist development, interviews).
- Attending site visits, client meetings, and industry networking events.
- Growing your market through proactive business development and talent mapping.
- Delivering a premium, consultative recruitment experience to both candidates and clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as a White Collar Construction Recruiter (agency side).
- Strong understanding of the built environment and construction project lifecycle.
- Proven billing track record within Fit Out, Housing, Civils, M&E, or similar.
- Confident building relationships with clients and senior-level candidates.
- Ambitious, driven, resilient — and genuinely passionate about the construction sector.
