About the Role:

We’re looking for a Field Marketing Specialist with 3-5 years of experience to drive regional marketing initiatives and demand generation programs. Based in our London office, you’ll work closely with sales, demand generation, and partner teams to execute high-impact marketing campaigns that generate pipeline, accelerate deals, and strengthen Recurly’s presence in the region.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and understands how to localize marketing efforts to drive growth in EMEA’s diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy – Develop and execute a field marketing plan aligned with sales goals, market trends, and demand generation objectives for EMEA
  • Event & Sponsorship Management – Plan, execute, and optimize regional trade shows, field events, and executive roundtables that drive high-quality leads and engagement
  • Campaign Execution & Lead Generation – Launch targeted, multi-channel campaigns (including ABM, webinars, and localized content) to support pipeline growth
  • Sales & Partner Enablement – Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide marketing resources, insights, and support that help accelerate deal velocity
  • Localization & Market Insights – Tailor messaging, content, and campaigns to regional buyer personas, ensuring relevance and resonance in different EMEA markets
  • Metrics & Performance Tracking – Measure the effectiveness of field marketing activities using key performance indicators, providing data-driven insights to optimize future efforts
  • Budget & Vendor Management – Oversee regional marketing budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and ensure cost-effective campaign execution

What You Bring

  • 3-5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, demand generation, or regional marketing, preferably in SaaS, FinTech, or Subscription Management
  • Strong background in executing regional events, ABM campaigns, partner marketing, and sales-driven marketing programs
  • Experience working closely with sales teams to develop integrated marketing plans that drive measurable pipeline impact
  • Knowledge of EMEA markets, with the ability to localize campaigns and understand regional business nuances
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense or Demandbase, etc.)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a data-driven mindset and strong project management skills
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with global teams
