Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the end-to-end lead lifecycle from first touch through closed-won and re-nurture.
- Manage lead scoring models, routing rules, SLA-backed handoffs, and re-entry workflows across the funnel.
- Diagnose and resolve automation, sync, and process issues across Marketo, CRM, and related systems.
- Partner cross-functionally with Demand Generation, Sales Development, and Rev Ops to improve revenue operations.
- Ensure compliance with global privacy and security requirements, including GDPR and related standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing Marketo in a B2B Saa S marketing operations environment.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM integrations, sync troubleshooting, and data governance.
- Strong background in lead scoring, routing logic, lifecycle design, and automation workflows.
- Experience partnering with Demand Generation, Sales Development, Sales, and Rev Ops on SLA and funnel optimization.
- Comfortable with performance reporting.
- Eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
- Experience with GDPR compliance is a plus.
