  • CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT
  • Build and execute integrated, multi‑channel marketing campaigns aligned to market segments and target personas, with the goal of driving leads, MQLs, and pipeline creation.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate campaign development—from content creation and copy iteration to audience segmentation and launch readiness—reducing time‑to‑market without sacrificing quality.
  • Monitor, measure, and optimize campaign performance using KPIs and data‑driven insights; leverage AI‑powered analytics to surface trends, identify optimization opportunities, and produce faster, more actionable reporting.
  • Align campaigns with in‑person events in partnership with the events team, and present clear, concise performance recaps to internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with the content, partner marketing, product marketing for campaign creation and deliverables in addition to sales and CS teams on outreach and follow‑up communications, ensuring marketing and sales alignment from campaign kickoff through close.
  • Develop and maintain compelling customer journeys across digital channels (email, social, web), content syndication, third‑party webinars, and other engagement vehicles.
  • Map content story arcs to target personas and orchestrate tactics, assets, and messaging that align to buying stages.
  • Ensure leads are captured accurately in Salesforce and Marketo in partnership with MOps and Rev Ops teams; forecast, track, and report on results against goals.
  • ABM EXECUTION
  • Design and run full‑funnel ABM campaigns using email, paid ads, and outbound, guided by intent data to engage key accounts across pipeline stages.
  • Collaborate closely with sales to develop account‑specific marketing plans that accelerate deal velocity.
  • Support EMEA regional marketing needs, tailoring messaging and programs to local buyer personas and market nuances.
  • EVENTS
  • Own logistics and execution for EMEA events, including trade shows, conferences, dinners, and webinars—managing vendor coordination, booth operations, attendee experience, and post‑event follow‑up.
  • Play a supporting role for AMER events, partnering with the broader team on execution as needed.
  • Ensure event activity is integrated with campaign strategy to maximize pipeline impact before, during, and after each program.
  • BUDGET AND OPERATIONS
  • Manage campaign and event budgets, vendor relationships, and timelines to ensure cost‑effective, on‑schedule execution.
  • Proactively engage stakeholders to secure buy‑in and keep projects on track.

QUALIFICATIONS / WHAT YOU BRING

  • 3‑5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, campaign management, or field marketing, preferably in Saa S, Fin Tech, or subscription management.

Prior agency experience is a plus.

  • Proven track record executing integrated ABM campaigns and multi‑channel demand programs that drive measurable pipeline impact.
  • Experience managing event logistics, ideally across multiple regions.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate campaign production, analyze performance, and drive more efficient reporting workflows (i. e. Claude, Gemini, Chat GPT, etc.).
  • Experience partnering with sales teams to develop and execute marketing plans aligned to revenue goals.
  • Familiarity with global markets, with the ability to adapt campaigns for US and EMEA audiences.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms (Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense or Demandbase).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting results to internal stakeholders.
  • Data‑driven mindset with experience forecasting, tracking, and reporting on campaign performance.
